​The ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health Program Management Office (PMO) supports strategic change and sustainability in ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health.

Working closely with Ministry teams, local health districts, specialty health networks and other entities in the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health cluster, the PMO:

• is the "go-to" team of experts in sustainable health service delivery
• connects ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health organisations through informed program management and,
• shares, scales and enhances successful programs throughout ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health.

The PMO is the administrator of Roadmapping for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health. Roadmapping is a consistent and rigorous program management tool used across ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Government organisations to implement, monitor and evaluate change. The PMO also provides regular reports to Ministry and District Executive about the progress of Roadmaps.
