ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Voluntary Assisted Dying Access Standard

​â¶Ä‹â¶Ä‹â¶Ä‹S³Ü³¾³¾²¹°ù²â

​This Access Standard sets out how the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) facilitates access to voluntary assisted dying for persons ordinarily resident in ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, including:

  • voluntary assisted dying services provided by medical practitioners and other persons who carry out functions under the Act
  • prescribed substances
  • information about accessing voluntary assisted dying.

The Access Standard also details how the Ministry facilitates access to voluntary assisted dying to regional residents of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.
