This publication aims to provide guidance in costing programs and interventions for public health and health promotion professionals and health sector managers.

This work was undertaken as part of the Costing forÌý
Health Economic Evaluation Program (CHEEP).Ìý
The objectives of CHEEP are to: p
rovide evidence regarding the cost and consequencesÌý
of health interventions, services and systemsÌý
useful to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health and the Cancer Institute ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø; d
evelop a model for defining and producing policyÌý
relevant deliverables for these stakeholders; d
evelop and report new methods for studying, andÌý
knowledge regarding, the costs and consequences ofÌý
health interventions, services and systems in the courseÌý
of its work for the stakeholders; b
uild skills and capacity for undertaking these types ofÌý
analyses in ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø.
