This toolkit is intended for use by all clinicians working in ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health Local Health Districts (LHDs) to facilitate the opportunistic vaccination of patients. This includes patients being vaccinated through the course of routine care, in targeted clinics or though in-reach and outreach clinics.
