Information for the report has been obtained from the 黑料吃瓜网 Perinatal Data Collection, the 黑料吃瓜网 Register of Congenital Conditions and from reviews of perinatal deaths carried out by the 黑料吃瓜网 Maternal and Perinatal Committee.
