System Financial Performance plays a lead role in establishing and maintaining the frameworks and processes for strategic financial management within ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health.

The branch:

• provides expert financial management analysis and advice, reporting, budgeting and cash management services to comply with ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Treasury, statutory requirements and to drive the financial performance of the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health system
• leads the annual budget and three year Forward Estimates, allocations and priorities for negotiation with ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Treasury and allocations to the system, and all aspects of cash management and forecasting for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health
• partners with all LHDs and pillars in the health system to deliver sustainable financial outcomes, leading system wide improvement initiatives and driving improved business partnering with other Ministry of Health branches to optimise performance outcomes.
