Legal and Regulatory Services provides comprehensive legal service to the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Minister for Health and Medical Research, and the Minister for Mental Health, Regional Youth and Women. It is also a specialist legal resource for the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health system and prepares the legislative program for the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Health portfolio.
Units with Legal and Regulatory Services also provide oversight and advice on regulation and compliance of pharmaceutical, private health and assisted reproduction technology matters.
